Cancellations

There will be no fee charged for cancellations made by 18:00hrs PT seven (7) days prior to the reservation arrival date. Cancellations made within 7 days to 72 hours prior (18:00hrs PT) will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount. Cancellations within 72 hours of expected arrival (18:00hrs PT), and no-show reservations will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. All non-refundable reservations will not be refunded. 

check-in and payments

A valid credit card and government issued photo identification of the registered guest is required for check-in. Payment is due in full at the time of check-in, any additional charges will be billed upon check-out. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

PETS

We do not allow pets in our cottages; however, they are welcome in our campground.

You may always choose what personal data you would like to share with us; however, if you choose not to provide certain details it may impact what kind of service we are able to provide you.  

Personal data such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, home address and previous stay data is securely stored and available only to authorized personnel. In a small number of cases where guest health information is provided, it is collected solely to accommodate guest needs and is used for no other purpose.

Credit card details (including type of card, card number, expiration date, security code and name on card) are securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel for a maximum of 14 days post-checkout.

We observe reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorized access to, and misuse of, personal data. We use appropriate business systems and security procedures, as well as technical and physical restrictions for accessing guest data.

We use your personal data to complete and administer reservations and to provide customer services relating to booking confirmations, cancellations, special requests, or to provide pertinent information regarding an upcoming stay. In certain cases, we may need to use the information provided to handle and resolve legal disputes or complaints, for regulatory investigations and compliance, to enforce agreement(s), or to comply with lawful requests from law enforcement.
